It's February 1st that means it's time for our monthly challenge Monsters Everywhere!

This month we are adding an extra challenge to your monster hunt. In light of the Valentine season, we want you to search out monsters in things that are special to you. Then tell us why they are important to you.

Here is an example:

I found this monster on my coin purse! My coin purse is special to me because my good friend gave it to me as keep sake…and I love it!

Look closely and you’ll find that monsters really are everywhere: in a pile of clothes on the floor, a shrub outside, hidden in garbage cans. On the 1st of every month send us a photo of a monster you’ve recently discovered, and you’ll have a chance to win exclusive monster prizes!

For this contest we want you to use your imagination and find the monsters in your neighbourhood. Take a pic of something, anything and monsterize it. Give your monsters eyes, mouths, or whatever using Photoshop or by drawing them on. We have also supplied a monster eye template for your use if you would rather not use Photoshop (see link below). Just show us where you see a monster. You’ll be surprised with what you find.

On the first of every month we invite you to submit a “Monsters Everywhere” pic to info@monsterfactory.net or post it to our Facebook fan page. You are welcome to enter a maximum of 5 photos per month! You have until the 4th at 4pm to submit your pics, after which, we will choose a winner at random. Good luck and have fun!
